Dormouse Consulting exists to make AI useful, understandable and practical for growing businesses. I work from the business outward: first understanding how work happens today, then deciding where technology can genuinely improve it.

Before choosing a platform, model or automation, I ask simpler questions: Where does your team lose time? Which processes create unnecessary work? Where does information get stuck? What do customers repeatedly need? Which decisions could be better informed?
Sometimes the answer is sophisticated AI. Sometimes it is a simple automation. Sometimes the best answer is not AI at all.
